🕓 Gathering at 4:00 PM • Races end ~6:30 PM

📍 Gloria Dei Lutheran Church - Fellowship Hall

The event is open to friends and family of the Pack. Be sure to let us know how many people will be in attendance. If your Scout wants someone to attend but cannot due to illness, travel, etc. a password protected live steam will be available on race day.

Please be aware if you or your Scout has sensory sensitivities, the Race Day experience is a bit of a spectacle. Expect flashing lights, music, and lots of cheering Scouts! Please make Pack Leadership aware of any concerns prior to the event.

🚗 Parking & Arrival

  • Park in the North Parking Lot

  • Additional street parking and Downers Grove North High School overflow available

  • Enter through the North doors

  • Follow signage to Fellowship Hall (downstairs)

  • Please keep the elevator available for guests, equipment, and deliveries (Not for Scout play)

🔧 Important Pre-Race Notes

  • Cars must be “RACE READY”, inspected, and submitted at Inspection Nights (Jan 20–22)

  • Food + concessions TBD

  • Our Cubmaster will interview each Scout during the Race! — help your Scout prepare:

    • Car name

    • Fun fact

    • Something about their build process

    • Favorite food or superpower
